HW: 236 LW: 157 SW:180 CW: 171 (TO BE UPDATED) / 5’4 h GW: 125

 BMR: 1663.6 CALS - 500 = INTAKE 1200 CALS

okay so i did some calculations :) and combined it with some research from a health mag i read last week. so my BMR is 1663.6 cals. combined with the health mag which says to subtract 500 calories from your BMR to lose 1 lb per week for a defecit or just calories, (not including activity) so my daily intake should be around 1200 cals in order to lose 1 lb per week.

WE WILL ALL BE HAPPY ONE DAY.
