i’m eating way too much. i need to stick to 1200 cals or i’ll never get THERE.
i’ve probably been eating 2000 which is why im maintaining. crap.
i’m eating healthy, i’m just eating too much.
i need to count calories.

(i used to have an eating disorder & through that i’ve learned that being positive about food & having a healthy relationship with it is the only way to lose weight successfully & be confident & happy. i don’t want anyone to believe anything otherwise. i’m not trying to hurt anyone or be harsh. I just want to open your eyes to the fact that there is always time to excercise. & sometimes we need to be told that we cannot have anymore excuses & we need to do what is best for ourselves)
