why i’m not losing any weight?

i’m eating way too much. i need to stick to 1200 cals or i’ll never get THERE.

i’ve probably been eating 2000 which is why im maintaining. crap.

i’m eating healthy, i’m just eating too much.

i need to count calories.

i can’t wait to spend the rest of my life, writing nutrition books, reading them, & then helping children as a pediatritian. that’s my future, what do you want to live for?

i don’t want to hear anymore excuses. workout, work you ass off. every. single. day. BECAUSE GUESS WHAT. you’re not getting anywhere sitting on your ass all day. or even just eating healthy. IT ISN’T ENOUGH. you wanna lose weight? YOU HAVE TO WORKOUT. you wanna tone up? WORKOUT. you wanna get fit? WORKOUT! oh but you work & you go to school? SO DO I. there’s no excuse. I USED TO BE YOU. i always used the “IM TOO BUSY EXCUSE” but guess what that excuse ISN’T CUTTING IT & it definately won’t CUT THE FAT. i;m busy too, i go to school then work from 7 am & i don’t get home until 8:30 pm. SO DO I SIT AROUND STARVING MYSELF? no. I WAKEUP AT 5 am EVERY MORNING & I WORK MY ASS OF UNTIL 6:30 am, i’m not a superstar with a personal trainer, i don’t have a personal gym in my house, i’m not fit yet i’m overweight. BUT ALL THAT MATTERS IS I DO IT & I DO IT FOR ME. because i wanna lose weight & I’M DOING IT. i’m just like you, i’m 16 YEARS OLD and im busier than anyone i know my age. i workout at home in front of my tv with workout tapes. oh you can’t afford those either? funny because they’re free online. NO MORE EXCUSES, YOU WANT IT THAT BAD? 1 HOUR OF SLEEP EXTRA WON’T SOUND SO BAD IF YOU TRULY DO. so be healthy, don’t cry, don’t starve, don’t puke, (I USED TO, BUT GUESS WHAT IT DOESN’T WORK; HEALTHY IS THE ONLY WAY) get fucking fit. & get fucking happy. JUST DO IT. I DARE YOU TO BE HEALTHY.

(i used to have an eating disorder & through that i’ve learned that being positive about food & having a healthy relationship with it is the only way to lose weight successfully & be confident & happy. i don’t want anyone to believe anything otherwise. i’m not trying to hurt anyone or be harsh. I just want to open your eyes to the fact that there is always time to excercise. & sometimes we need to be told that we cannot have anymore excuses & we need to do what is best for ourselves)

you shouldnt eat something sweet instead of a meal its very unhealthy fill yourself with healthy lean foods that keep you full & active. fill your body with the healthy fuel it needs to get through each day and burn the fat away.

i’m much better than i was & i try to have a very possitive outlook, i dont really practice unhealthy weightloss anymore, it really doesnt work it just fucks with your head. food isnt your enemy sweetie, believe me just learn this & know it. embrace that healty is beautiful healthy is gorgeous fabulous rejuvinating reviving exhilerating stunning, you will glow when you are healthy, from inside out you will absolute shine. your soul will be replenished & your body will thank you. trust me. i wouldnt be healthy right now if it wasnt the only way to do it, if it wasnt so gorgeous & stunning & happy and wonderful, but it is which is why i am healthy. its beautiful incredibly beautiful change to make, you wont regret it, no matter how hard it is. you wont regret it. think about a picture of yourself as a small child, what would you want for that baby? what would you want that small little mind to grow to be? something wonderful and healthy? or something twisted & hostile because its starving? what would you want for that little innocent baby? become everything you want for her, become everything you want for yourself. & you can do it just do it the right way love.

don’t be disgusted, remember that you are beautiful whether your 200 lbs or 100 lbs. remember that you need to do this, not to be skinny, but to be healthy. & the reward is not boys & bikinis. it’s positivity, confidence, self-love & success. do this for you. do it for every time you told yourself you wanted to change your lifestyle but didn’t. do it for every cupcake you’ve ever eaten. do it for the healthy lifestyle ahead of you. fuel your body with health. clean beautiful fabulous health. fuel your body with happiness.
